Role in the project: Q-PLAN INTERNATIONAL is Innovation Manager, responsible for the Innovation and IPR Management Strategy and the development of an Exploitation and Sustainability Plan as well as the business modelling and planning for pilot cases and bio-based solutions. Q-Plan is also responsible for running the Project Management Office, undertaking day-to-day support to the Project Coordinator.

Q-PLAN INTERNATIONAL is an innovation and management consulting company, established in 2000, that focuses its activities on: (i) the design, management and implementation of European research, innovation and support actions in various sectors such as Energy (Bio-Energy included), Bioeconomy, Agriculture, Environment, etc, with participation in more than 40 EU-funded projects and studies.; (ii) the provision of business and innovation support services to private and public organisations operating in several industrial and market sectors (agri-food, bio-based industries, etc.) along with their related vertical and horizontal networks and value chains; and (iii) the development, implementation and auditing of Management Systems in compliance with standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, etc.).
